we wish to inform you that Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
The site of the Bed and Breakfast Santo Stefano, reachable at www.santostefano.info/en (from now on “Site”), fully respects the national legislation on privacy and uses the appropriate procedures to comply with the requirements of these laws.
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
According to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we therefore provide the following information:
- The information you provide will be used for the following purposes:
- provide you with information and / or send communications relating to the services requested by the Customer;
- Data will be processed electronically, including via the Internet.
- The provision of data is optional but a refusal to supply it will make it impossible to fulfill the obligations deriving from the sales contract of which you are a part.
- The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will they be circulated.

- At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience we reproduce in full:

- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
- the origin of personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
- The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
- the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
